You retain ownership of the content you publish on Scavik (your profile, services, portfolio). By publishing content, you grant Scavik a non-exclusive licence to display that content as part of operating the Platform. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your content.

5. Platform Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or suspend access for violations of these terms. We are not liable for any losses arising from downtime.

6. Fees & Billing

Any paid features will be clearly disclosed before purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@scavik.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scavik is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws. As Scavik grows and establishes its legal entity, we will update this section with the appropriate jurisdiction. For any disputes, please contact us first at legal@scavik.com — we aim to resolve issues directly before any formal process.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
